1. Introduction

Welcome to timebox. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account & Eligibility

To use timebox, you must be 16 years or older. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create or upload in timebox. We do not claim ownership of your data. You are solely responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including (but not limited to):

• Spamming, phishing, or uploading harmful content
• Using timebox for illegal or abusive purposes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments & Billing

• timebox offers monthly or yearly paid subscriptions via Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
• A 7-day free trial is available. No refunds are given after trial expiration.

6. Availability & Liability

We provide timebox on a “best effort” basis. While we aim for high availability, we offer no guarantees. We are not liable for data loss, service outages, or damages resulting from use of the platform.

7. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 90 days. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

8. Service Changes

We may update or discontinue features at our discretion. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in the Netherlands.
